Full height Sensor
There are four primary types of elevator movement mechanisms: traction, hydraulic, vacuum and climbing. Sensors used in all types of elevator include infrared, level, current, load and hall-effect sensors, limit switches and encoders. Encoders are used to detect motor’s rotation speed so as to control the motion and position of elevator car. Meanwhile, current sensors detect motor’s working current based on which the power of motor could be adjusted to a proper level. Leveling sensors transmits floor number of car to control center in order to activate brake mechanism and make sure elevator stops desired level.
ARD/ERD
Controller is housed in a sleek compact floor mounted Cabinet with hinged doors.
Microprocessor based control and space vector modulated Inverter. State of the art Battery charger with four charging modes- Trickle, Bulk, Float and Full. Operates on 3-Phase, 400V, 50 Hz Power. The Smart Rescue is the safest evacuation device as it has no interface with safety circuit of Elevator. No interface with any operating component of elevator- Motor, Brake, Door Operator, Rcam, etc..
Hand-held LCD Display diagnostic test tool for On line operation status, Site Programming and Field test mechanism. Ride quality in Rescue mode is same as Elevator Ride with accurate levelling (as the VF Drive runs the Motor during Rescue operation). Very simple interface and easy and quick to install. More reliable as the entire Rescue operation is achieved by producing 3-Phase power.
Consistent performance throughout service life of battery as the battery voltage does not affect the output 3-Phase Voltage.
ARD
Features
In case of a main power supply failure, the lift stopped between two floors is moved to floor level, the automatic door is opened and passengers are out safely, For lifts with automatic door, in case of a main power supply failure at floor level, the door is remain opened.
Use
This device is suitable for those buildings without an emergency power source allocated for the elevator.
Technical Specification
Input Voltage:
Three Phase 440VAC, 50Hz Pure Sine Wave Main Line Voltage.
Output Voltage:
Two Phase 440VAC, 50Hz Modified Square wave with power Booster Logic.
Battery Voltage:
72V (6 Battery of 12V) and Amp depend upon the Motor Rating.
Also have smart Battery Charger for 72V (6 Battery of 12V) For Higher HP Motor they have also Current Sensor which detect the lowest current direction of the motor, this is optional.
Overload and Over current Protection.
Start Time and Travel Time Also Adjustable.
Emergency Brake Shoe
A brake shoe for an elevator emergency stop has a including a brake body having a braking face and (b) plurality of braking pieces embodied in the braking face side of the brake body to be projected from a braking face. The projection of each of the braking pieces forms a column or a multi-cornered pole having rounded corners. The braking pieces are made of a composite material containing a ceramic base material selected from the group consisting of silicon nitride, silicon carbide and sialon, and particles of at least one ceramic material selected from the group consisting of a carbide, a nitride and a boride. The ceramic particles have a particle size in the range of 10 to 150 μm, and dispersed into the ceramic base material.
Fire Alarm
Elevator fire service is an automatic mode an elevator goes into when smoke or heat sensors are triggered. The sensors link to the elevator’s control panel. When the sensors detect heat or smoke, they automatically put the elevator into fire service mode. This mode sends the elevator to a recall floor, allowing any passengers to get out. Then it stops operations, so arriving emergency personnel has priority access to it.Elevator fire service occurs in two phases, appropriately called Phase 1 and Phase 2.
Intercom
The Point-to-point intercom system provides communication between the lobby or hall station and the elevator car. Machine room-to-car communication is also available in this format. A push-to-talk button allows direct communication to the elevator car without requiring a telephone line. The units are battery-powered and recharge during stand-by mode. A ceiling mount unit (CMU) is required for each elevator car.
Buffer Spring
Oil Buffer
One type of buffer (for elevators with speeds of more than 200 feet per minute), which uses a combination of oil and spring to cushion the elevator. It is located in the elevator pit.
Elevator oil buffer
Advanced Technology ,Simple structure. The buffering curve is steady & continuous.Average negative acceleration under heavy load,0.6g, under light load 0.3g.The piston is chrome – plated to ported the buffer from rusting.Withstand the sale spray test for 48 hours

AVR
AVR has devised service and modernization packages to ensure the performance of elevators and escalators to the considered specifications right from their birth till they retire or become due for Up gradation / Modernization. Highly Qualified and trained professional periodically carry out safety / technical audits and evaluate the health of the equipments to enable them to take corrective to timely actions so as to ensure maximum availability of vertical transpiration systems with bare minimum down time.
RF ID Based
RF ID Based COP Access Module prevents the un authorized access of the COP button hence only authorized person can access the COP of the LIFT where security is a major issue .RF ID Based access control module works on the Remote wireless Radio Frequency scanning of the RF Tag. Its wireless reading makes convenient arrangement inside the COP of the LIFT Car. Its output can be interlocked with particular floor OR whole COP depends on the application.

ALARM BELLS
All bells are built with universal adapter plates which mount directly on the surface of any single, double or octagon box. AB6 is a red bell designed to work off most standard emergency light units. (AB6I & AB12 also red).
Brake Shoes
Although they operate differently than automotive brakes, the fundamental principle behind elevator brakes is the same; a pair of brake shoes grips a cable or rod, slowing the motion of the car. Like their automotive counterparts, elevator brake shoes must be lined with some type of friction material. Since the physics of an elevator’s motion is somewhat different than that of an automobile however, the friction material must be chosen with care; if the material is too efficient, the motion of the car will be uneven, but if it is not efficient enough, the brake may fail altogether. The best solution for many years was an elevator brake shoe lining made from asbestos bonded with zinc. Elevator brake shoes made with asbestos were subject to wear, resulting in the asbestos becoming friable. In this state, asbestos fibers are released into the environment, where they were readily inhaled by maintenance workers. Precautions such as respirators were not used, as there was no perceived need at the time.
